My name is Diane as you can see from the name of my blog. I strive to serve the Lord each day and look forward to meeting him in heaven one day. I love people, love entertaining, and enjoy spending as much time with close friends as possible. I am super close to my family and think they are the greatest people ever. One day I hope to adopt children and create a happy family of my own. I enjoy reading, writing, playing piano, singing, and pretty much anything else that has to do with music.
I am currently going through a divorce, by no choice of my own. The man whom I loved has chosen to take another path for his life and no longer wants to be married. So, I am currently on a new adventure in life and am seeking where God is leading me. It is crazy when you find yourself at a place in life where you thought you had plans and goals set that you were working towards, and then you lose all of that.
I love working with kids and always dreamed of teaching elementary school. Because of my health problems, that has not been able to happen, nor do I see that happening in the near future. I am praying for direction right now in a career that I could do with my physical limitations that could also include working with children/teens – which is my passion.
I strive to be a genuine friend and am loyal to the end. I truly have a heart for people. I love the Lord my God with all of my heart, soul, and mind, and strive to “love my neighbor as myself.” My “life” Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

I second the “little bit of sunshine” part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dearest Friend… He is faithful. That’s truth, and apparently, that’s to be enough. I love you,
I am very proud to call you sister and friend, and am so thankful for the Lord’s little mercies – even when things get unbearable.
I’ll be praying for you, and with you. And I look forward to seeing Him glorified in YOU as you continue down the hard road.
All my heart,
Analene
